La Mattonaia

La Mattonaia is a welcoming and comfortable apartment located on the ground floor of the farmhouse, with an independent entrance from the courtyard and direct access to the garden at the rear. It is fully decorated with period furniture and antiques, family heirlooms dating back to the 1800s and early 1900s, which create a particularly warm and cozy atmosphere.
The apartment, of about 60 sqm, consists of a large living/dining room with kitchen corner, a bedroom with a double bed (160x190 cm), a bedroom with two single beds (80x190 cm) that can be joined together, bathroom with shower box. The living room has direct access to the garden at the rear, equipped with table, chairs, umbrella and sun chairs. 
All the windows are protected with screens (mosquito nets). Independent heating. Wi-Fi. The kitchen is equipped with a 4-ring stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher and fridge with freezer, as well as Nespresso machine, coffeemaker, toaster, kettle.
