It has a decidedly rustic character but the period furniture, a family legacy, gives it personality and a certain distinction. It is surrounded by greenery and in front it has a covered space enclosed by a hedge.
Located approximately 30 m. from the farmhouse, this small, independent building of about 40 sqm. is composed of a living/dining room with kitchen corner, a small bedroom with a double bed (160x190 cm), bathroom with shower. The outdoor space is provided with table, chairs, umbrella, sun chairs, bbq and hanging bed. 
All the windows are protected with screens (mosquito nets). Independent air conditioning and heating. Wi-Fi. The kitchen is equipped with a 4-ring stove, mini-oven, microwave, dishwasher and fridge, as well as Nespresso machine, coffeemaker, toaster, kettle.
